Bric del Gaian

Many years ago, a rugged but kind old man named Mr Galliano had a beautiful vineyard cultivated with Moscato grapes, right next to the Berta farmhouse.

Those were the years when people spoke very little Italian, preferring their local dialect, and things were named after their owners. That hill, as gently rolling as the vines that grew there were sweet, was known by everyone as Bric del Gaian, Bricco of Galliano This eight-year old Grappa di Moscato, as rounded as the hill we admire every day from the windows of the Distillery, is dedicated to him.
