Tre Soli Tre

Three (tre in Italian) is a powerful and magic number. The conjunction of One, unity, and Two, duality, it represents the first surface for Pythagoras, the cat, mysterious and captivating, in the Neapolitan tombola, and the Christian Trinity.

When Hindus think of three they think of Brahma, Shiva and Vishnu, while the Chinese think of the cosmic totality of Heaven, Earth and Man.

There are also three great areas of Nebbiolo, from which this grappa draws its elegance: but it is the sun (the Italian for which is sole), which caresses and warms the grapes, along with eight years of ageing, that makes it is so good.
