The bird of the vines
The nibbio (kite) is a small bird of prey that makes its home in the hills of half of Europe. It feeds on insects, small animals and carcasses: by doing so, it helps the environment in which it lives stay healthy. Therefore, when you come across a kite nest in the middle of the vineyard, you walk around it, being careful not to break it.
