From Paolo, the company’s founder, who had the first brilliant idea of producing a grappa that was not a waste product but a spirit that could be drunk on special occasions, we learned the power of making a decision that was different from everyone else’s, even when it seemed crazy.
From Gianfranco, father, brother, husband, partner, we learned responsibility and commitment not only to ourselves and our families, but also to our local area and all those who live there.
